BARTENDING SERVICE AGREEMENT

Provider: iBarratend Co.

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS

By completing this purchase and providing an electronic signature, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This digital transaction serves as a legally binding contract under the laws of the State of Arkansas.

2. SERVICES & ALCOHOL POLICY

• Service Only: iBarratend Co. provides professional pouring services only. The Client is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol.

• Legal Compliance: We will not serve anyone under 21. We reserve the Right to Refuse Service to any guest who is visibly intoxicated or cannot provide valid ID.

3. PAYMENT & 3% CASH DISCOUNT

• Retainer: A $250.00 non-refundable retainer is due at signing to secure your date.

• Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to the event.

• 3% Discount: A 3% discount is applied to the total fee if the Client pays via Cash, Apple Cash, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle.

• Credit Cards: Standard pricing applies to all Credit Card checkouts (No discount).

4. CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT

• 15+ Days Notice: 50% of the total fee is non-refundable.

• Within 7 Days: The full fee is non-refundable.

• Postponement: If you reschedule, we will hold your retainer and apply it to a new date (subject to our availability).

5. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

• Liability Waiver: iBarratend Co. and its staff are not liable for any accidents, damages, injuries, or legal issues arising from the consumption of alcohol or event circumstances.

• Indemnification: The Client agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold El Tejano Holding harmless against all claims, expenses, or legal fees arising from the event.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Contract is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Washington County, AR.
