Kegerator & Keg Equipment Rental Agreement

1. EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION & FEES

  • Equipment Rented: Kegerator, CO2/Nitrogen Tank, Coupler, Tubing, Walls and Keg Shells.

  • Rental Date:

  • Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of $50 is required. This will be returned within 48 hours of equipment inspection, minus any damages or cleaning fees.

2. ALCOHOL DISCLAIMER & LIQUOR LIABILITY

  • Hardware Rental Only: The Company is a provider of rental equipment and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Mixers only. The Company does not sell, provide, or serve alcohol.

  • Compliance with Law: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring all alcohol consumption is compliant with Arkansas state law, including the prevention of service to minors (under 21).

  • Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, alcoholic beverage law violations, or liabilities arising from the consumption of alcohol used in conjunction with the rented equipment.

3. OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS & SAFETY

  • Setup Surface: The Kegerator must be placed on a firm, flat, level surface.

  • Power: A dedicated 3-prong outlet is required. Do not use thin extension cords; if an extension is needed, it must be a heavy-duty 12-gauge cord to prevent compressor damage.

  • CO2 Safety: The Client acknowledges that CO2/Nitrogen tanks are under high pressure. The Client shall not tamper with the regulator settings or attempt to disconnect the tank while under pressure unless instructed by the Company.

  • Transportation: If the Client is transporting the unit, it must remain upright at all times. If the unit is laid on its side, the Client will be charged a $100 maintenance fee to inspect the cooling system.

4. DAMAGE, NEGLIGENCE & LOSS

  • Equipment Damage: The Client is fully liable for any damage to the kegerator, tap handles, regulators, or keg shells caused by negligence, misuse, or unruly guests.

  • Repair/Replacement: * Minor Damage: Billed at the full cost of professional repair.

    • Major Damage/Loss: If the unit is stolen or deemed irreparable, the Client is responsible for the full replacement value (MSRP) of the equipment.

  • Cleaning Fee: A $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit if the unit is returned with significant spills/sticky residue.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER

The Client assumes all risk of injury or death arising from the use of the equipment, including but not limited to electrical shock, CO2 tank rupture, or slip-and-fall accidents related to liquid spills.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any legal action shall be filed in Washington County, AR.
