Booking & Retainer Policy
Thank you for choosing iBarratend Co.! To officially lock in your date, a non-refundable retainer is required.
- Application: 100% of this fee is applied to your total service balance.
- Final Payment: Remaining balance is due 28 days prior to the event.
- Rescheduling: We allow one date change if requested at least 15 days in advance, subject to availability.
To provide the best service and guarantee our availability for your date, this retainer is non-refundable. This fee covers our initial administrative costs and the ‘hold’ on our calendar. However, we understand life happens! If you need to reschedule, we allow a one-time date transfer if notified at least 15 days prior to the original event date.
